Every Sicilian culinary journey should start with golden wheat, fresh olive oil, and sweet cherry tomatoes. Sicilian Heirloom ancient wheat varieties give us a healthier pasta. More digestible and packed with nutrients. Green Heirloom olives, harvested right at the beginning of the fall, give us the most aromatic and perfectly balanced extra virgin olive oil, packed with antioxidants. The tomato vines growing along the coast transform seawater into natural sugar giving us the taste of summer in our traditional cherry tomato preserves.
