Our cherry tomato sauce celebrates the intense sweetness of the native Sicilian pomodorini, hand-selected at the peak of the season when their natural sugars concentrate with the help of the Mediterranean sun.
Then we bottled it in beer bottles as a tribute to Sicilian artisanal heritage and our Grandmas, who would save and upcycle used glass bottles waiting to celebrate every year the island's philosophy: take exceptional ingredients, treat them with respect, and let their natural brilliance speak.
