We're back for an authentic and unforgettable Sicilian night in the heart of the Catskills! You'll learn how to make hand-made pasta from scratch in a vibrant and fun way while enjoying an authentic Sicilian aperitivo and toasting with new/old friends on the note of inspiring Sicilian wine ;) 

This event is hosted in collaboration with Pim and Gert, the owners of the wonderful CITIOT cafe' in Catskill.

Aperitivo:

3 traditional appetizers inspired (as always) by the most authentic Sicilian traditions (homemade by Salvatore, founder of Seligo).

Pasta:

Handmade "Cavatelli alla Norma"

Dolce:

A delightful homemade dessert made with Seligo’s Extra virgin olive oil.
