Pasta alla Norma is a tasty symphony of Mediterranean flavors. The recipe takes its origin from the Sicilian tradition and it is a byword for Summer taste. The name Norma comes from the homonymous Vincenzo Bellini's opera. The story tells that in the 19th Century, the poet Nino Martoglio, when he first tasted this dish, was so impressed that he compared it to Bellini’s masterpiece.
